Lyuba is the President and co-founder of Energy Crossroads, Global. She initiated the inaugural Energy Crossroads conference at Stanford and served as its first Conference Chair. Since her graduation in 2007, Lyuba has been involved in the effort to grow Energy Crossroads into a truly global movement and traveled to Copenhagen to assist in the formation of the Denmark Energy Crossroads chapter. At her day job, Lyuba is an Associate Consultant at Bain and Company, a management consulting firm in San Francisco, where she is an active member of the office's Green Team and is spearheading an initiative to engage the firm in clean tech and sustainability-related client work. She is looking forward to applying the skills she learns at Bain in a future career at an entrepreneurial clean energy company. Lyuba has a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University. |

Mikhal (Miki) is a Managing Director and co-founder of Energy Crossroads, Global. She was one of the original Energy Crossroaders at Stanford University and served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations at the inaugural 2007 Conference. In August of 2007, Mikhal traveled to Scandinavia to take part in the "birth" of Energy Crossroads, Denmark and help lay the groundwork for a student-led global event to be staged in 2009. Participating in the formation and development of Energy Crossroads has been one of the most rewarding experiences of her life, and she is excited to see the organization grow into its full potential. When not engaged with Energy Crossroads, Mikhal manages online media and market development for Pomega5, a California-based skin care company focused on manufacturing and mainstreaming the use of sustainable and safe products. Mikhal has a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University. |

Tyler is a Managing Director and co-founder of Energy Crossroads, Global. He co-chaired the original Energy Crossroads Conference at Stanford University in 2007. Since then, Tyler has worked with the global staff to establish Energy Crossroads as a global organization and worked closely with the Stanford chapter on the 2008 Conference, "From Vision to Action: Sparking Global Change." Tyler works as a consultant at ICF International on energy efficiency and climate change projects. He graduated with a masters degree in environmental engineering from Stanford University, and a bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of Iowa. |

Arin is a Director in Energy Crossroads Global. He was one of the original Energy Crossroaders at Stanford University and served as Director of Logistics at the inaugural 2007 Conference. Living in Bejing since June of 2007, Arin has studied at the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University, researched the Clean Development Mechanism for the Natural Resource Defense Council, and pursued independent research on the future of energy efficiency and renewable energy in China. Throughout this period Arin has continued to lead the Energy Crossroads Global efforts in Asia. Arin is working towards a career in developing energy-efficiency and clean energy projects internationally. He has a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering with a concentration in Finance, and a M.S. in Management Science and Engineering with a focus in Energy and Development both from Stanford University. |

Mirjam is the International Representative of the chapter in Denmark. Apart from this she is also involved in organizing the EC Spring Camp, the planning of the Student Climate Forum and the Conference in Copenhagen in 2009. She has been actively engaged in environmental NGOs for many years, but bringing together people from different groups of interest, countries and continents is a new and very exciting experience for her. Born in Germany she currently lives in Denmark, where she devotes her time learning Danish and working for E.C. Committed to the E.C. Vision, Mirjam is aiming to dedicate her journey through Asia this coming summer to promote the organization. Mirjam holds a Master in Biology from the University of Potsdam, Germany. |

Shao Rong Wu is a final year student at the National University of Singapore majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He is the International Representative of the Energy Crossroads chapter in Singapore, as well as co-founder of Energy Carta Singapore. Shao first got bitten by the green bug when he spent 18 months working in Silicon Valley, and saw for himself the economic potential of this emerging industry. He hopes to one day bring clean energy to developing countries in the world, improving the standard of living in these regions. In his free time, Shao is an avid backpacker and outdoor enthusiast. His many outdoor pursuits include keelboat sailing, kayaking, hiking and rock climbing. |

Kai is a senior majoring in Political Science and minoring in economics. He is interested in the geopolitics of China's energy demand and is currently writing an honors thesis on Chinese national oil companies. After graduation, Kai plans to head Beijing to find out what it means to get clean energy at the China price. He originally hails from Petaluma, CA and his other interests include soccer, immersive travel, economic theory, and oil markets. |
